• After you exit the "NewWear" application, this application will still access the mobile phone sensor to obtain step counting data, and connect to the network to complete data synchronization, message reception, device software update and log upload services.

Your NewWear information contains sensitive personal information, and we will only upload it to the Xinwanguo Jinsheng server after you expressly agree in the application, and your above data will be stored in the territory of the People's Republic of China.

1. How we collect and use your personal information

1.1 Account login

In order to manage NewWear data, we complete the account registration and login functions based on the account service. Before using the account, please ensure that you read and agree to abide by the privacy statement of the corresponding account to understand and agree to the collection, use and sharing of personal information of the corresponding account. 1.2 NewWear device management

In order to manage your NewWear devices (Including wearable devices such as bracelets and watches produced and sold by Xinwanguo Jinsheng and its affiliated companies, as well as third-party devices), we need to collect your device identification information (system basic Information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system log, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID, OAID, hardware serial number, etc.), hardware information of the device, Device usage information, basic system information and network information.The purpose of collecting such information is to establish a Bluetooth connection, manage device configuration, complete software upgrades, display data sources, and count device activation. These data will also be used to improve the network connection experience.  

In addition, in order to support the linkage between wearable devices/earphones and mobile phone information, it is necessary to read the mobile phone calendar schedule and basic system information to the wearable device. We connect to the NewWear device via Bluetooth to obtain the device's sports health data, log information, location information, device information (basic system information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system log, system usage information, device usage Information, IMSI, AndroidID, OAID, hardware serial number, etc.) , you can terminate the collection of such data by disconnecting or unbinding.  

After connecting some NewWear devices, in order to provide more accurate data monitoring, the gender, age, height, and weight you entered in the "NewWear" application "My" >"Personal Information" will be synchronized to the device (such as a bracelet, watch Wait).  

Some wearable devices that support the call function need to display mobile phone contact information and call records, so that the wearable device can answer and make calls.  

When connecting to the NewWear device of Shenzhen Xinwanguo Jinsheng Technology Co., Ltd., "NewWear" only provides a device upgrade path. The device firmware version is provided by the device manufacturer, and the manufacturer is responsible for the version quality and upgrade results. Your device name, device identification information (basic system information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system log, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID, OAID, hardware serial number, etc.), device usage information will also be uploaded to the server of Shenzhen Xinwanguo Jinsheng Technology Co., Ltd. in order to complete activation statistics and wearable device problem analysis. For more detailed information, please refer to the "Statement on the User Agreement and Privacy of Xinwanguo Jinsheng".  

After successful pairing of the wearable device, the third-party application that interacts with the paired wearable device through "NewWear" can obtain the random identifier of your device (pairing is resettable and unique for each application), device name, and hardware information of the device and status (charging or in use), third-party applications can also send messages or notifications to your paired wearable device; according to your express authorization, these third-party applications can access device sensor data, sleep status, exercise type (walking, running), wearing status data, log information, location information, device information (basic system information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system log, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID, OAID, hardware serial number, etc.).  

If your wearable device supports the weather forecast function, we will send your location information to the weather service provider to obtain the weather information in your area and display it on the wearable device. You can turn it off in the device management of this application at any time Weather forecast function to terminate the sharing.  

When you use our services, we may automatically collect your detailed usage of our services and save them as relevant web logs. For example: your login account, IP address, browser type, telecom operator, network environment, language used, date and time of visit, length of stay, refresh record.  

1.3 NewWear data management

1.3.1 Personal data management

In order to manage your personal data and improve the accuracy of sports data, we need to collect your personal data, including gender, date of birth, height, weight, and sports setting data. You can go to "My" >"Personal Information" to fill in or modify it. If you do not provide such information, it will affect the accuracy of sports data calculation, but this will not affect your local use of personal data management functions.

1.3.2 Sports data management

In order to record, back up and manage your exercise data, we need to collect your location information, exercise track, exercise type, exercise duration, steps, distance, calories, climb, speed and other exercise data. Types of exercise include walking, running, climbing, etc. The purpose of collecting such information is to record and count your daily exercise data and trajectory, and provide you with rich exercise services.

We will obtain the exercise data (steps, weight, etc.) in your HealthKit to have a more comprehensive understanding of your exercise status

Providers in this service that support the track recording function for outdoor single sports include: AutoNavi Software Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Xinwanguo Jinsheng Technology Co., Ltd., and Google Inc. Using this service requires collecting and providing your location information to the map service provider. Some maps also require you to provide your device identifier and network information. The collection and processing of specific data is governed by the third-party privacy policy. Please refer to the privacy policy of the corresponding map service provider.

If you do not provide this type of information, you will not be able to provide cloud storage of exercise data. When you uninstall the app or change the phone, the exercise data will be lost, but this will not affect your local use of the exercise data recording function.

1.3.3 Health Data Management

In order to manage your health data and display your related data, we need to collect your sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, met, etc. Health data is personal sensitive information. The purpose of collecting such information is to measure, record, display and count health-related data, and provide you with rich health services.

If you do not provide such information, you will not be able to save your health data on the cloud side, and your health data will be lost when you uninstall or change your phone, but this will not affect your local use of "NewWear" health data management Function.

1.4 NewWear value-added services

We also need to collect your sports data, health data and group information for group data analysis, so that you can better understand yourself and motivate yourself. Members outside the group will not see your personal information, and you can terminate the data sharing by leaving the group. If you have not uploaded personal information to the server, this function is not available.

In order to realize the achievement system service, we generate your grade, report card service and weekly/monthly/annual report service based on your sports and health history data, or issue virtual medals to users in the form of incentives. If you do not provide such information, we will not be able to provide you with achievement-related services.

In order to realize online activity services, we will use your avatar, nickname, and related sports data and health data. Avatars and nicknames are used to display rankings during activities, and sports data and health data are used to calculate activity scores. When participating in the event, you may need to enter your name, address and phone number to complete the entry information or receive prizes.

1.5 User Experience Improvement Services

Address book permission: When you use the wearable device and the group add contact service, you can choose to enable this permission so that you can quickly import the mobile phone address book to the wearable device to initiate a call or add group member information. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

4.1 Access to personal information

After installing and logging in to "NewWear", your personal information saved on the health cloud will be automatically downloaded and synchronized to the local phone. In the "NewWear" app, you can access your exercise data and health data through the data card, including step card, exercise card, sleep card, heart rate card, weight card, blood pressure card, blood sugar card, etc. and device pages. You can view nickname, avatar, gender, date of birth, height, weight and exercise setting data on the "My" page.

4.2 Updating personal information

You can modify and update your nickname, avatar, gender, date of birth, height, and weight on the "My" page. The data automatically obtained from your mobile phone or NewWear device does not provide editing and updating functions.

4.3 Google Account Management

You can log in to their Google account and enter the "My Account" page. In the "Security" section, they can view and manage their account access methods, including passwords, two-step verification, application authorization, activity records, etc. Users can also access Google's security center for more support and advice on account access management.

4.4 Google Data Statement

5. Data storage location and duration

The above information will be transmitted and saved to the server in Hong Kong, China.

We only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this statement, and delete or anonymize your personal information after the retention period below, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

For your data security, your data will be bound to your account, and your NewWear data will be transmitted encrypted and stored in the "NewWear" cloud server.

7. Account cancellation

7.1 If you need to cancel your account, you must meet the following conditions at the same time:

7.2 Consequences of Account Cancellation

You understand and agree that after completing the cancellation process of the account, there will be consequences including but not limited to the following:

(a). You will not be able to rely on this account to perform any authority operations;

(b). You will not be able to log in to the NewWear APP account with this account again;

(c). After logout, we will clear your data, and you will not be able to retrieve all the information, data, etc. that you have stored and used under this account;

8. Protection of minors

If you are a minor, your guardian needs to agree to your use of this application and agree to the terms of service of the relevant application. Parents and guardians should also take appropriate precautions to protect minors, including supervising their use of this app.
